Background
fun wëe toys was born when we identified an opportunity in the Latin American market. We noticed that most toys available in stores were not tailored to the region and didn't have an integrated brand experience in shelves like big brands do (eg. Fisher Price). So we decided to create a strong-presence brand would be the umbrella for pre school, play dough, role play and outdoor toys. Language inclusivity was a key aspect, with bilingual packaging and content to cater to the linguistic diversity of the target customers.
Impact
On the first month after launching, we sold close to $80K worth of toys for 4 different retailers in Latin America. The following years, we saw and consistent increase of 10-15% in sales, proving that the the products were being bought by customers. Later the brand ventured in Amazon where it saw positive reviews as well.
